I have two problems with this GE water cooler: 1) It is freezing the water in the holding tank and does not come out the cold water spout. 2) The hot water heater is not working because it dispenses the water thru the hot water spout at room temperature. There are two switches: WDF4A-111-122 (behind cooler on hot water spout side) and WP5V-114-022 (on the cold water spout side) that may be faulty. I'd appreciate any information on this fix and if these or substitute switches are available? Thanks!
