Hey Gang...We have a Whirlpool Designer Style refrigerator/freezer, model # ET19DKXFW01. About 4-6 months ago, we found water in the refrigerator compartment. I could see there were drips coming from above, so I removed necessary parts to check the condensate pan. It was frozen. We manually started the defrost timer. It heated and shut off (it seemed to be on at least half an hour). I unplugged it, removed the ice from the pan and line, ran hot water through to be sure, and reassembled everything. I assumed that it was a freak occurrence, never to happen again. About a week later, more water. I have looked at other posts, and I see the condensate fan mentioned. I don't remember hearing the fan while the heater was on. Should it be? Is it possible to have the freezer set too cold?
Thanks in advance for any help, folks.
Jeff
