Hello,

Freezer is not freezing at all and the fridge seems to me slightly cool but not enough to keep the food from spoiling. The light in the fidge is on and I hear the fan running. I tried adjusting the thermostat and it does seem to control the fan speed but no difference in the cooling.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
