Hi,
Thanks for this very useful forum. My refrigerator unit (freezer on top) also exhibits similar behavior as other posts. The freezer works but the refrigerator is at 60-65 degrees, and everything has spoiled.
We cleaned the coils of 4 yrs worth of dust, waited 24 hours. No change.
We opened the bottom back panel. The compressor fan is working fine; the starter is fine; the compressor is hot.
We opened the back freezer panel, and the coils looked fine and felt very cold. No frost or ice.

What we did find: The evaporator fan is not turning. The frame between the upper freezer and lower refrigerator is very warm.

I'd appreciate any insight from those experienced with this kind of thing whether replacing the evaporative fan motor will solve the problem or if it may be something else. If it is the fan motor, any information on how to replace it would be greatly appreciated as well.

Thanks so much.
