Hopefully I can get some insight on this forum. Frigidaire SxS phs68ejsb0 suddenly stopped working a few days ago.

I have manually turned the servo motor screw to try and get it to cycle with no luck. I have removed the unit to clear any possible ice out of the motor unit and also visually inspected inside of ice maker motor area for any damage.

The water dispenser in the door still functions correctly and the ice dispenser still functions. When I get home from work I plan on manually filling the cube tray to possibly initiate a cycle.

The temperature displays inside the fridge compartment show freezer at 0 degrees and fridge at 38 degrees, right what I have set them at.

Just a minute ago I did find some electrical specs and plan on testing the voltage coming into the ice maker itself. It appears it should be receiving 115 vac on the black wire. I assume this should be a constant voltage. I will post the result of this test after it is complete.

I know there is a way to do a diagnostic test, but I don't know how to get the unit into this mode.

If anyone has any insight, it would be appreciated.
