denman is a name known to all
Default

Here are your parts
Parts for A3316ABSHRBC - AppliancePartsPros.com

You unit does not come up but the listed units should be close.

The unit is made by GE.

Have you tried moving the temperature knob back and forth to see if it will start up.

Since it is GE I will not be able to get a wiring diagram for it.
But most older fridges have the compressor and the condenser/compressor fan wired in parallel.

Since they are both going off the most likely culprit is the temperature thermostst as the controls power to the compressor/fan.
