Ge water line to the cullighan filter

Brand: -brand- Age: More than 10 years

I have a hole in the top 1/4" water line that leads to the Cullighan filter inside the refridge to the manifold outside under the back right. How do you disconnect the lines from the Cullighan filter.It appears that there is a spline fitting on this.I didnt want to start pulling on stuff.
