Hello, I have a Maytag Refrigerator MFI2569VEB2. I am quite sure my drain plug in the bottom freezer is clogged. I know that this cannot be accessed well enough to fix the problem from the rear of the fridge. Any idea how to pull out the bottom freezer drawers to access the plug from the front?

We had this problem soon after we purchased the fridge and a service guy came out. He was able to pull the drawers out with inserting a screwdriver in the guides - somewhere. I have poked and prodded being careful to do no damage - but I cannot find the trick to it.

Hello,

Open the drawer to fully open position. Remove upper and lower baskets. remove the screws one in each rail marked on side of rail. Lift front of drawer up and out to remove drawer.
