Ice maker problems
Model Number: KBFS20ETSS00 Brand: Kitchen Aid Age: 1 - 5 years
Hi
I had watched a video about changing a water valve by Appliance Pros, I then ordered the part, arrived the next day ( how awesome is that), video was super helpful, changed out without any issues only it didn't fix my problem. So please help tell me what is wrong. The problem is the ice maker has been making ice, but also making a huge mountain of ice due to a leak. When trouble shooting we were told we had a bad water valve. The ice maker had stopped making ice and after putting in the new valve it started making ice again, and it's still making the mountain of ice. I checked on it after I heard it filling, and I can see water dripping out of it down into the ice bin...do I need a new ice maker? Thanks for any and all help.  Ads By Google Related Models
