Pick up refrigerator from Mother in law,who had for 5 yrs , never had a problem with it.Moved it to my home, set it up and let it run for 5hrs .The compressor is not starting and or cooling, both fans are running. My question is it the starter relay Part #AP2966871 on the compressor and or the run capicator? ALso could you tell me how to test relay/ capicator, so I know these parts are bad before I order new ones. Any help at all would be greatly
appreciated! Thanks J.P.
