Water dispenser leaks when ice maker fills
Model Number: 2756 Brand: Maytag Age: 5 - 10 years
My water dispenser leaks out of the front when the ice maker fills. Any thoughts on this, thank you in advance!

Please provide the complete model number of the unit. Also be more specific on where the water is coming from? Simon.

Thank you Simon! Maytag model # MSD 2756 GE
Water flows from the water dispenser on the front of the door into the tray when the ice maker is filling with water inside the freezer compartment.

Does the water goes through the ice door or the drinking fountain?

Simon, the water comes out of the drinking fountain spout. There is no ice buildup in the ice maker bucket. The ice maker is working just fine, ice cubes look good. Thank you.
