Freezer side is not working on Samsung

Model Number: RS2556WW Brand: Samsung Age: 5 - 10 years

Appliance Parts from AppliancePartPros.com

The refrigerator side is good. The freezer side is not. I am in the process of trying to thaw out the freezer side so that I can remove the cover over the coil. This is backward from other threads I've read on here, but I assume the solution may be similar.
