I am resending this help question a second time, I thought I had sent it back on Jan. 26, 2013, but I never received an answer back. We have a Kitchen Aid side by side refrigerator. After being hit with Super Storm Sandy, the ice maker made the ice, deposited into the plastic container, but the motor that turns the auger did not work. I removed the motor and discovered it was caked in ice. After thawing the motor out thoroughly, I put it back, but in doing so, a Blue Connecting wire fell off. Now, the door panel lights, the interior freezer light doesn't work, along with the water dispenser. Called your helpline, and Danny suggested that perhaps a circuit board has to be replaced. My concern is the connector wire, also. Help!!! Getting frustrated. Thank you.
