HI. When the fridge start acting up, open the rear cover in the freezer and check if the evaporator is blocked with snow. If it is - unplug the fridge, locate the main control board at the back of the fridge behind the metal cover. Locate the plug with 3 wires on the left marked J8,J9,J10 and plug J7 pin9 (top). Remove the 3 wire plug and using the multimeter check resistance between wire J9 and J7 pin9. If you read continuity then the control board should be replaced. If there is no continuity - check the defrost heater and defrost thermostat from inside the freezer. If you are replacing the main control board replace the temperature sensor clipped on the top of the evaporator Part number: WR55X10025
