Side by side 26 ft entered Whirlpool by mistake, it's a Fridgidare.
Model Number: FRS6LF7FB5 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 5 - 10 years
Noticed Freezer not "freezing solid". Freezer thermometer read about 25=28 degrees F. Compressor seems fine, Fan seems fine. Noticed Ice on copper line beside the compressor. (See Attachment Picture)
Replaced unit with new. Have since, removed Freezer access panel and refridge control panel covers. Pretty handy with VOM. Hate to throw this thing away. Already replaced it, and KNOW I can find a family in need, if I can get it working. Any Ideas guys? Thanks for reading. God Bless.
