Side by side GE Refrigerator water line at dispenser is frozen again.I had a heater installed 2 years ago is this a normal life expectancy for one of these heater elements? I checked the heater temp with my finger, the heater is not warm. To replace the heater and do I just pry-off the old heater?
Any suggestions.
I saw where someone had cut a hole in the panel and removed and replaced the insulation. More detail if you would.
