Water Leak
Model Number: GI7FVCXWB01 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 1 - 5 years
I have a whirlpool refrigerator model # GI7FVCXWB01 and I noticed a little water on the floor. When I opened the freezer drawer I noticed ice had filled the area below the drawer. I removed the ice and about a week or so later I got water on the floor again and ice below the drawer. Any suggestions?

Hi.
The condensation drain at the bottom of the evaporator is clogged/frozen, so every time the fridge is in the defrost mode the condensation is leaking from the drip pan inside the freezer. Use the blow dryer and hot water to open the drain.
