Hi All,

My Samsung fridge is having trouble keeping cold. I recently opened up the back panel of the fridge compartment to find the coils surrounded by solid ice. I let it thaw but it still was having troubles staying cold.

I replaced the fan motor, and after being plugged in for a day the fan miraculously kicked on. It has worked for about a week, but now it is starting to do the same thing.

The temp on the display for the fridge is what we have it set to, but inside the fridge is much warmer. Ran diagnostics and it is coming up as bad defrosters on both fridge and freezer plus fan failure.

Could there be a problem with the main mother board?

Please help, I cannot afford to call a repair person.
