Refrigerator not cooling. interior light works. both fans work. compressor is hot but not running. I hear a relay clicking. Parts breakout shows a run capacitor (WR62X80) and start device /5 SP Overload/PTC (WR09X10106). How can I troubleshoot to determine what is at fault?

Remove the start device. If it rattles when shook, it's bad.You can measure between the bottom two compressor pins of the start device, it should be between 5 and 10 ohms, if not order it here WR09X10106
