GE TPX21BRXAWW always crushed, no cubed ice
Model Number: TPX21BRXAWW Brand: GE Age: More than 10 years
I have a GE TPX21BRXAWW. I just had to replace the icemaker because it kept overfilling the tray. That's working fine. Now, I get crushed ice no matter what option I choose on the front of the door. I looked where the lever goes into the freezer and the solenoid thing is just sitting there. I attached a picture to this message.
When I test it, nothing seems to fire when I select cubed and then press the button on the outside of the door. I put my finger in the hole where the solenoid is and I see/hear no activity. Any suggestions? Thanks, Chris Ads By Google Related Models
