I am attempting to fix the intelligent dispenser on my Samsung refrigerator which is 10 days out of warranty. The dispenser has two paddles; the long one in the rear is water only and the short one in the front is ice only. Problem is both paddles are now dispensing water. No ice delivery, but icemaker is working. I removed the two screws inside the housing. Tried to remove the dispenser/display by placing fingers in ice delivery cavity and pulling outward. Will not budge. Any help on how to remove and repair would be very much appreciated.
