Freezer not defrosting

Freezer not defrosting

Model Number: Profile series Brand: GE Age: 1 - 5 years

There is ice on back panel of the freezer compartment and the temperature rises t0 26 0r over. There is no sign that its defrosting. I have to unplug for the ice to melt.

What is wrong?
