Good morning. The drain tube at the bottom of my fridge clogs with ice, and both sides are full of ice and water everywhere. Unclogged it once, but it did not last too long. What can I do? Is there any heating element that I can place around the drain tube so it does not clog with ice?

Hi.

When you clean the drain line make sure there is nothing left inside it. Pour the hot water in to it.
Check out this drain heater: it may work for you

Check if the both door gaskets are sealing good.
