We noticed yesterday that our refrigerator side was warm , but the freezer is working. We replaced defrost timer and that doesn't seem to be the problem. Heelppp!! We don't know where to go from here.

Your model n umber seems to be missing a couple digits at the end. Please check it.
Why did you replace the defrost timer?
Is the compressor running all the time except when it is in a defrost cycle? Usually you can hear it but should also be able to feel it vibrating?
Have you measured the freezer and fridge temperatures?
Is the evaporator/freezer fan running?
Have you looked at the evaporator coils in the freezer? If heavily iced/frosted over youi have a defrost problem. If there is just frost in one area you may have a sealed system problem. With both the above the compressor should run continuously. |
