I have an issue with the freezer not holding temp, if I unplug it and plug it back in I hear the compressor kick in and it will start to cool, but it doesnt get very low and then warm again. Temp sensor in freezer works fine. I have noticed that I don't have air flowing in the freezer compartment at all. Should the air flow at all times or when ever needed? Any help would be great

The fan in the freezer should be on. Did it show any error coed on the display?

Check the power to the fan and perform the troubleshooting as instructed in the attached file and post the results.
