Motherboard has been replaced, Fan in freezer is working. No build up of frost on the coils. Damper opens and closes. No frost on the damper. Fridge is still not cooling. Freezer is fine. Nothing blocking the hole near the crisper. Could it be either the Temperature sensor or Encoder board
Any thoughts? Almost at my wits end.

Pull the refrigerator out of the wall. Clean the condenser coils and make sure the fan next to the compressor is working fine.

Wait about 24 hours and check the evaporator coils. If the evaporator coils are absolutely clean while the compressor is running, there is something wrong with the sealed system.
