Model Number: PFCS1NFCASS Brand: GE Age: Less than 1 year
My GE Profile French Door refrigerator is only 2 months old and there is a frost and ice build up in the freezer compartment and it's only half full of food. GE can't get out here for a few days. Does anyone have an idea as to why this may be happening?

Not quite sure I understand the problem but if it is that frost is building up on the side walls and top of the freezer compartment then there can be many causes. Some of them are best left to the tech so they get fixed under warranty.
The one you can check is that the doors are sealing correctly. perhaps warm, moist air is entering the freezer and condensing on the walls. Check that the unit is level side to side. Check that it is level front to back or leaning just slightly to the back. You could take a 2 inch strip of paper and place it between the doors and the frame. Then pull it out to see how good the seal is. Work your way around the doors. I would start with the freezer. If you find it is not sealing on the hinge side of the upper doors. Watch it while you close the door if the seal grabs and twists when closing so that it does not seal properly, put a light coating of lithium grease or vaseline on the seal/frame. This should stop it from grabbing.
