Unplug the machine and remove the start device from the side of the compressor and shake it. If it rattles or starts to fall apart in your hands, it's bad and needs to be replaced.

I checked, looks like new, i plug fridge again to power and main board click, compresor and fan starts, but i notice main board make some noise, also Inside fridge fan is not run i think

I notice ice built on the evaporator coils. What i should check now?
Opened up back panel tonight to check on defrost system. Disconnected defrost heater at both ends and checked continuity accross it. Measured 23 ohms.

Next checked defrost thermostat it was 10 ohms

If the heater and thermostat check good, replace the control part# Part number: 2321710
