I have traced problem this far. The metal rod on the bottom of the container that holds the ice runs to the back and goes into a hole that trips when it calls for crushed or cubes.
Their is a white plastic square that is not moving when I hit the switch, I can hear loud clicking noise, but the square seems to be broken loose. It moves freely when I move it with my finger. Someone told me I need complete circuit board.
