Here are your parts
Parts for Kenmore Refrigerator 1069507680 - AppliancePartsPros.com

The Sears parts site does have actual parts breakdown diagrams.
unfortunately they do not like to share them.

First check if the compressor is working.
You can usually hear it and should be able to feel it vibrating.

If the compressor, it's fan and the evaporator/freezer fan are not working, try turning the main control thermostat up/down. If the unit fires up then probably your thermostat is sticking open.

If that does nothing then you may be in a defrost cycle. This shuts off all the above 3 parts. It should last about half an hour. If it stays off longer than this try turning the defrost cycle timer cam. It is in the control console in the fresh food section. There is usually a hole in the cover to let you do this without dismantling any thing. Note that it only turns in one direction. If this gets the unit working then I would replace the timer.

If it is just the evaporator fan that is not working then it probably needs replacing. To check this measure the voltage across it with a meter. if it has 120 volts and is not working it needs replacing.

Below is the timer. Click on the picture to see more views of it. You can see that the screw driver you use must be the correct size to grab the two little nubs on the cam shaft.
