Samsung stopped cooling

Model Number: RS2545SH Brand: Samsung Age: 1 - 5 years

Samsung RS2545SH. It worked fine for the past 3 years. Suddenly, the refrigerator and Freezer stopped cooling. The display flashes the temperature it was set on (0 for freezer 40 for the fridge). Disconnected power and left it off for a while. It worked fine for few hours after I plugged it in. I cleaned the Evap unit; I did not see any physical damage. However, the problem keeps re-occurring after few hours. I removed the back panels and did not see any ice buildup.
Any clue!!!!
