Compressor runs, everything appears to work fine. It was cooling good for a couple of years after moving then went down to get a cold beer out of it... oops! Not cold... not even cooling at all now. Could it be anything other than leaking freon tube?

First check the compressor, can you feel it vibrating and it should be warm.

If OK remove the cover inside the freezer so you can inspect the evaporator coil.

Is there any frost at all on it or just frost in one area (usually where the freon enters the coils). Both of these point towards a sealed system problem.

If it is fairly evenly coated, does the evaporator fan run.

Unfortunately it does sound like a sealed system problem as you said there is no cooling at all.

Thanks... Everything appears to work like new except that it does not cool at all. I took it to a used appliance/service place in my home town. He says probably an evaporator or tube from compressor.... estimating $250 to repair. Close call but I gave that much for an old used side by side near 20 years ago.... so, yeah, worth fixing and I didn't have to pay (another) service call. While there I also picked up a good used icemaker for my other refrigerator... good deal all the way around... THANKS. Work is VERY slow so this really helps.
