Control panel was blinking, middle divider between refrig and freezer is warm, beeping noise. I called a repair man - he advised me I needed to have the control board "re-built". After reading a blog on here I checked and replaced the cap -220uF 35V cap. The refrigerator worked for 45 minutes then started beeping and the control panel started blinking again. I'm not sure what to check next.

That board needs to be replaced and it's no longer being manufactured. It can be rebuilt by several places or you can look for a new one on places like ********.

Check the back of the control board, you might find a blown solder connection, or a cracked ribbon.
