water and ice not working
Model Number: gss23q6 Brand: GE Age: 1 - 5 years
the temperature on freezer and ref are all that come up when i push to get water or ice no water or ice comes out then out of the blue we can get water and ice then we cant tried changing temp on both did no good now set at 0 for freezer and 37 for ref

Most likely you need a new control board. Please provide the complete model number of the unit. Simon.
