s/s bottom of freezer and fridge cooled but not the rest of the fridge/freezer
Brand: Frigidaire Age: 1 - 5 years
The bottom half is cooled but the top is not. i can hear the compressor in the back but i can't feel the cool air.

A model number may help others help you
Find your model number - AppliancePartsPros.com You have to find out what is actually running. You can hear the compressor but you should also be able to feel it vibrating and it should be warm. Does it run all the time or is it cycling? Is the condenser/compressor fan running? Is the evaporator/freezer fan running? It is required to pull air though the evaporator coils to cool it, also it circulates the cold air in the freezer and fresh food sections.
