had repair man at house to repair fan in freezer said the power wire to fan had a short in it inside the cabnet said unrepairable cannot except this seeing how its only low voltage wire 13.5 volts need schamatic so i can replace wire can you help?

Look for the schematic behind the encoder in the fridg section. Probably will not help. If you can confirm a bad wire to the motherboard, you can route a new wire inside the drain hose. Have done this before.
