Refrigerator & Freezer Repair

I'm having a problem similar to the one in this post (neither the freezer nor the fridge is cooling) but I am unable to get the appliancepartspros.com site to recognize my model number.
I have a Whirlpool 2GDSHGXKT02 side by side. It sounds like I should try the same investigation about the start relay/overload but a part diagram (and part number with cost) would be very helpful.
If the relay isn't the problem, what else could it be? Any other things I could check before I order the relay to make sure I am not missing something else?

Any insight is appreciated.
