Freezer at -10 and Compressor Running Continually
Model Number: Kssc48fts Brand: Kitchen Aid Age: 5 - 10 years
Having problems with Kitchenaid kssc48fts00 frige. Freezer going to -10 and frige compartment is at 37. Then it goes haywire and freezer goes to 25-30 degrees and frige compartment goes to 48-50. Thens everything cycles back down. Compressor running continuously. Took coil panel off and frost pattern is bad (top icy bottom little to no frost). Turned it off for day hoping to reset. Turned it back on and it went back to -10. So I shut it off. Is there anyone who might be able to help me out with some suggestions on what is the problem? Thanks.
