My water and ice is not working. What can the problem be?

• Control board was replaced 4 years ago
• Water filter changed

When pushing for water it makes noise but no water comes.

Where is this noise coming from?

What happens when you push the ice lever?

Does the ice maker produce ice?

Would the dispenser light dim if you push water or ice levers?

Pull the refrigerator out of the wall and check the plastic tubes connected to the water inlet valve.

Ask someone to push the water dispenser lever while you will monitor the water valve and tubes to determine where it's leaking from. Post the results.
