control board and display panel

the display and the inside lights dont come on. unplugged it for about 20-30 mins and still wont work. when plugged back in the display light comes on but goes right out. the refrigerator cools and freezer works fine. its just theres no lights and the temp display does not work. is the inside lights controled by the main board?
