ICE/WATER Dispenser Not working

Yes i have a maytag water/ice dispenser not working. ice maker makes ice and all. i have replaced the control board for the dispenser and still nothing. all it will do is beep the temps are displayed but cant change them any button you press on the front just makes a beep even when you press the lever for ice only a beep. Light does not come on either i do not know what else to do if any can help
