Freezer stopped working, fridge cooling fine

Model Number: RS2533SW Brand: Samsung Age: 5 - 10 years

The freezer on my Samsung RS2533SW side-by-side stopped cooling. Fridge works fine. While I have found many complaints about the opposite issue (freezer working, fridge not), I have not found anyone stating the freezer stopped while fridge continued to work. Could this be the temp sensor? Anyone have any ideas? Thank you.
