My side by side, with ice and water in the door, has a black piece that is hanging between the ice and water dispensers. Also, the flap that is up inside the ice chute on the dispenser, does not close on its own. I had to turn off the ice machine because water was leaking out of the dispenser (even with the flap closed) and I believe it was coming out from under the dispenser unit on the outside of the freezer (not leaking from the spill tray). Any help would be appreciated! This is a HATEFUL refrigerator!
