Posted this earlier but stated tat it was a frigidaire...

I have a Kitchen Aid superba that quit making ice...

Model # ksrg25fkst16

Water tube not frozen but it "fails the optics test. Last night I clicked the motor one turn to the right, said screw it and shut the door, went away to to chores, cam back and behold there was ice that popped out and it had refilled. Got up expecting to see ice holder on door full and nothing

Have noticed that the ice cubes have not been ejecting all the way lately (sometimes)

Current status, ice tray full, eject arm at 12:00 and light still blinks when flapper door from beam side is closed.

could it be a possibility the optics and motor are both bad at the same time?

Pls provide motor test instructions and a valid PN for both, also the PDF file for the ice maker removal / testing.
