My refrigerator is having issues with cooling. Fridge and freezer doesn't want to drop below 60-63 degrees. Compressor is very hot. Everything I read says it may be the Defrost Timer, Defrost Thermostat and/or Defrost Heater. The problem is, I can not figure out how to locate these parts. I hear it could be behind some panel or behind the front kickplate. Could some please help? Thanks!!UserPostedImage

Hi.

Make sure that compressor is running and not clicking on and off.
Remove the front grill and clean the condenser coils.
Take off the rear panel in the freezer. Check the evaporator frost pattern if there is any.
Your model has no defrost timer, it's incorporated it the control board.

Keep us posted.

Simon.
