Refrigerator & Freezer Repair

My refrigerator has stopped working. The panel lights on the water dispenser are out and inside the refrigerator side the temperature control are out. Does that meant the motherboard has gone out and if the whole unit is not working would the motherboard affect that as well. The lights work on the inside so I know it is not the electrical.

Very likely the problem is a bad main control boards because it operates with all refrigerator functions.
