Hi, I have a 5ish year old maytag MFI2568AEB. Recently I changed the water filter and noticed that the water flow was significantly decreased...to the point of taking a minute or more to fill a small glass. I've changed the water filter several times (once a year) and have never had a problem. Interestingly enough, if I twist the water filter on extra tight it seems to fix the problem for a few seconds or until I let go. Also, since messing around with it a bit today, now when I take the filter off there's a small stream of water spraying out of what looks like a white point thing. I've done a bit of research and it seems like it's the water filter head part number 67006323 (Substitution #: 12956202) is bad and needs replaced. What do you think? Also, if this is the case, any good spots to check out on how to go about this repair?
