Refrigerator isn't cooling

Model Number: RS2556SH Brand: Samsung Age: 1 - 5 years

Appliance Parts from AppliancePartPros.com

My side by side fridge or freezer isn't cooling. The water dispenser is ok, but the ice dispenser isn't working. The light on the inside turns on. The led front panel doesn't read anything either. I have no idea what could be wrong and where to even start.
