Refrigerator & Freezer Repair

When I close the freezer door the refrigerator door opens. When I shut the door by itself it opens. I think it's the cam riser. I found black pieces of plastic that looked like a washer on the floor once and had no clue what they were. Thanks for your help.

Cannot find any info on the given Model Number.
Please check it.

Does sound like the cam riser has broken.
Also check that the unit is level or leaning slightly to the back.

The model number is correct TFX22RRA It's 17 years old
