Hi Gene, I had this model for two weeks and the refrigerator do not dispense even a glass of cool water. The manual shows 50 degreed F but it's seems to be more like 70 degrees. Any idea of what it could be? Already checked water line and pressure and it's normal.Contact Kitchen Aid who wants to charge me $129 if nothing is "wrong"even it lass than two weeks working. Thanks,

Hi.
Check please: -is the water supply to the fridge cold or hot? -what is the temperature inside the fresh food at the bottom?
Have you tried to drain 2-3 cups before drinking?
Simon.
P.S. Check the model number, please.

Hi Simon, I checked the temperature and it's normal on the fridge and the water line is on cold water.Old fridge was fine with the same line but this one's temperature is 68 degrees. Any good reference for a different brand that's could have cool water cause I probably will change this one.

Hi.
It's very untypical for any brand to have this kind of the problem. Check if you fridge has a water holding reservoir behind the crisper drawer.
Still need a correct model number.
Simon.

Hi.
There is the roll of clear plastic tube behind the drawer in the refrigerator. Check if it's intact. Drain 2 gallons of water through the dispenser and allow 5-6 hrs to chill. Drain the first 1/2 of glass and then taste the water.
Simon.
